13. She-Hulk

After years of speculation, She-Hulk is coming to the MCU's fourth phase with her own Disney+ show and it can't come sooner.

Long-held as a fan-favourite character, She-Hulk will presumably follow the same sort of path already set by Professor Hulk in Endgame, because her "mutation" as it were isn't quite as defined by an inner identity conflict as the original Hulk. She also changes personality less when she transforms, becoming more self-confident rather than more savage.

If Marvel adopt the same approach as they did for Professor Hulk - and even bring him in to explain her backstory - we could be in for a real treat with a truly memorable tone. But even without that, she's enough of a great character that her inclusion in Phase 4 is one of Disney+'s smartest moves.
