2. Their First Mission Involves Galactus
The first mission that the group took on was a monumental one - the Devourer of Worlds, Galactus.
The Ultimates attempted to put an end to Galactus' reign of terror across the universe, by forcing him into his incubator. Although initially a struggle, the team succeeded and forced him into it, transforming the former tyrant into a Lifebringer. Instead of scouring the universe in search of universes to destroy and decimate, Galactus was renewed as a character that sought for the creation of life and the pursuit of happiness.
Upon his renovation, he brought his first victim back to life, Archeopia. This key moment in Ultimates canon illustrated the power that the group has and it showcased what they are capable of. If a team as powerful as this one can make Galactus change his ways, then they should be regarded as one that should not be attacked or aggravated.
A simple but useful connection to the extended MCU, a battle with Galactus could introduce a main villain for Phase Four (and potentially, Five) as well as immediately linking the group to the heroes that are already known and recognised in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
