32. Sersi (Gemma Chan) - Eternals

Though she's already played a character in the MCU - in Captain Marvel - Gemma Chan is back for Eternals as Sersi, who was described as a main character when she was announced at D23.

Interestingly, Angelina Jolie was originally linked to Sersi, because of the profile of the character, but that turned out not to be the case. In the comics, she's romantically linked to Dane Whitman, which means Chan and Kit Harington will presumably spend a lot of time on screen together. She's prodigiously talented like all of her fellow Eternals and was once an Avenger.
