4. Yondu (Michael Rooker) - What If?

With D23 confirming that we're going to see T'Challa reimagined as Star-Lord, and Michael Rooker's Yondu confirmed as playing a part, it definitely feels like we're getting What If Yondu Kidnapped T'Challa Instead Of Peter Quill.

That means we're also going to see T'Challa as a Ravager initially. Presumably, he'll have a similarly fraught relationship with his "father" Yondu, unless there's just something fundamentally more likeable about him than Peter?
