4. Deadpool

After the first movie basically reinvented R-Rated comic book movies and the second turned out to be even better, there's no way that the Fox/Marvel deal kills Deadpool as a franchise.

Even with Marvel's less adult focus, Deadpool is now big enough business to suggest that the rumours of him appearing in the MCU might well have legs. Sure, they could reimagine him in an alternate universe, but that would rob us of way too much fun and one of the most bankable opportunities in Marvel's possible futures.

Ryan Reynolds would presumably have to be given more creative control than any other MCU actor to make his vision work, but that might not be a bad approach for Marvel to shake things up. Go on, just imagine him meeting the actual X-Men or Spider-Man or even Nick Fury. The possibilities are almost so wonderful it hurts.
