MCU: Ranking Every Upcoming Project By Anticipation

Of all of Marvel Studio's announced projects, Inhumans is the furthest out, arriving on July 12th, 2019. Similar to Ant-Man's closure of Phase 2 earlier this year, Inhumans will be following up the second part of Avengers: Infinity War to close the book on Phase 3 and, presumably, pave the way for whatever Marvel has lined up for Phase 4.

While there's a lot to look forward to with the film, fans have already gotten quite a dose of Inhuman action over the course of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.'s second season. The show didn't merely hint at the concept and play coy, but instead dove right in to explore everything from the Terrigen Mist to a segment of Inhuman society to revealing Skye as the comics' Daisy "Quake" Johnson.

Season Three won't be shying away from Inhumans, either, meaning that much more is on the way several years in advance of the actual film. As Phase 3 rolls on, we'll undoubtedly get a clearer picture of how the film will fit into it all and if characters like Daisy and Lincoln will ultimately be joining up with inevitable new faces like Black Bolt and Medusa. For now, though, we'll just enjoy all the Inhuman groundwork being laid down by Agents Of S.H.I.E.L.D.
