MCU: The Worst Thing EVERY Avenger Has Done

6. Spider-Man - Battling Vulture On The Ferry

Mysterio and J. Jonah Jameson may have the MCU's fictional public believing that Spider-Man is a heinous murderer, but we all know that couldn't be further from the truth. In fact, you'd be hard-pressed to find an Avenger with a bigger heart than our beloved Peter Parker because he's so enthusiastic about being a superhero and saving people.

However, that enthusiasm has gotten him into a little hot water throughout his tenure as a hero and the one that particularly comes to mind here is the infamous moment on the ferry in Spider-Man: Homecoming.

Though his heart was in the right place, Spidey's enthusiasm to save the day and prove himself to Tony Stark saw him rush in blindly and confront the Vulture on a New York ferry, oblivious to the fact he interfered in an FBI investigation - and the resulting battle saw the vessel itself become collateral damage. And had Iron Man not shown up to help Peter save the passengers, the consequences of his actions could have been far worse.
