MCU Villain Battle Royale: Who Would Come Out On Top?

It’s all come down to this. Dormammu, a true god, dark and evil, against Thanos, the Mad Titan. Who wouldn’t want tickets to see this showdown if it ever came to the big screen?

Thanos is incredibly strong, his skill in hand to hand combat is unmatched, and he fears very little. But none of that would be of any use to him in the Dark Dimension. He would be reigned upon by Dormammu before even having a chance to think about using his Infinity Stones. That is why Thanos could only win this with his mind, rather than with force.

The Time Stone is key to defeating Dormammu, as seen in Doctor Strange, so if Thanos prepares properly before entering the Dark Dimension, ready to rewind time, he could use the same bargaining trick Strange used and force the other worldly being to concede defeat. Dormammu has infinite power, but clearly not much patience, and he would fold to Thanos just like he did to Strange.

Thanos is incredibly smart and cunning, and since he was not scared to die in either 2023 or 2014, there is no reason to think he wouldn’t be willing to die over and over again in order to win the coveted WhatCulture MCU Villain Battle Royale.
