MCU Villain Battle Royale: Who Would Come Out On Top?

While Avengers: Infinity War was undoubtedly Thanos’ movie, he wasn’t the only villain to be featured. With him he brought his Black Order, the ‘Children of Thanos’ that he essentially used to do his bidding, and collect the Infinity Stones for him.

Of these four, the two most formidable are Ebony Maw and Cull Obsidian, but for very different reasons. The Maw has the ability to manipulate matter with his mind, while Obsidian is essentially a 20-foot-tall brute with arms as thick as tree trunks, and a BIG hammer. Neither ever defected from Thanos, so didn’t come to blows, but if they ever did the outcome would have been relatively simple.

Ebony Maw would have defeated Cull Obsidian with ease. This is a character who was able to throw Doctor Strange around like a ragdoll, and it doesn’t matter how much strength Obsidian has if he can never get close enough to his opponent to use it.

When Iron Man sent the beast flying through the air in New York, with just a flick of his wrist Maw changed his course to send him crashing into some parked cars. There was no effort in this, just like there would be no effort in ultimately defeating him.
