MCU Villain Battle Royale: Who Would Come Out On Top?

As far as villains go in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, these are two of the biggest cosmic heavy hitters there are. One is the ruler of the Dark Dimension and has incredible power to boot, while the other is a Celestial, a god with a little g and literally his own planet.

Assuming that someone had already summoned Dormammu from his home, Ego would be a strong candidate to be able to stop him because of the light within him. He can create anything from nothing, like he created a planet to surround and protect his ‘heart’, but would it be enough?

Dormammu is a being of immense size, so much so that only his gigantic head has been shown in the MCU so far, but his power is not to be trifled with. He killed Doctor Strange so many different ways, and without much thought or effort. He could easily destroy Ego’s body, but what about his core?

This battle of the titans would end with Dormammu chipping away at Ego’s planet, much like the Guardians of the Galaxy did, before eventually finding his way to the core with giant spikes, huge tentacles, and whatever else he would think to muster. Ego would give him a good fight, and would likely be able to keep him away from the core for a while, but there wouldn’t be anything he could do as a final blow to the ruler of the Dark Dimension. Eventually, Dormammu would break through.
