25. Iron Monger - Iron Man

By the time Jeff Bridges' Obadiah Stane turns up at the end of Iron Man in his new, improved Iron Monger suit reverse engineered from Tony Stark's first Iron Man suit, he looks great. But he could have looked even more threatening if Adi Granov's concept art is anything to go by.

Unfortunately, the alternate design probably looks TOO refined and the key was to have it look like Stark's rough-around-the-edges design. Still, it would have looked good in battle.
