Thanos was always going to be a big purple monster when he arrived in the MCU, but there were some subtle differences in Andy Park's early concept art design for him.

There was also a look at a slightly alternate look revealed by the Avengers Initiative: Marvel Second Screen Experience...

That also included a look at him without his helmet...

In the run-up to Infinity War's release, we also got to see some concept art of Thanos chilling out in his vest...
