11. Morbius Wears A Cheap Casio Watch... Because Reasons
One of the strangest recurring images throughout the film is Michael's watch, which he uses to time the decreasing intervals between which he requires another bag of synthetic blood to feed on.
Some have noticed that Michael is wearing a bog-standard, cheap-o Casio watch - a sure-fire emblem of '90s fashion that's still one of the cheapest and most recognisable watches on the market.
It's just a bit odd that Michael, presumably not hurting for cash with the invention of synthetic blood and all, would wear such a low-fi piece of wrist-tech.
Perhaps it's supposed to say something about Michael's humble personality, but if so it's pretty much lost amid the story's abject chaos.
