9. Surprise! Milo Killed The Nurse
Michael is arrested for apparently killing and exsanguinating a poor nurse, and for a time Michael believes it may indeed have been his own doing in an act of sheer bloodlust.
But when the nurse is killed, we never get a close-up glimpse of Michael slaughtering the woman, and so it's immediately clear that something fishy is up.
Gee, do you think maybe Milo did it instead?
And of course, that's precisely what we learn after he visits Michael in jail - he took the serum, no longer needs his cane, and indeed murdered the nurse.
The film plays it off like a game-changing twist despite it being outrageously obvious to, well, basically everyone.
