Daniel Henney might not be a household name, but he has enjoyed a lengthy career, starring in some big projects, most notably Criminal Minds, Big Hero Six and X-Men Origins Wolverine.

The number of lesser-known performers in the first movie was a plus point, as you could relate to them as characters instead of actors, and therefore this casting could work wonders.

His lack of mainstream appeal by no means implies that he's not worthy of pop-culture recognition, as Henney is a talented performer who has taken his Criminal Minds character - Matt Simmons - to some exciting and amusing places. Plus, his performance as Tadashi in Big Hero Six proves how good he is at playing lighthearted yet serious characters.

The actor is also in excellent shape, which is necessary for the part, as he needs to fit the bill of an action star. He would be a sublime pick for the role and would gel incredibly well with the world they've established in the first movie.

Plus, it would bring this less appreciated actor into the spotlight.
