Stephen Amell is undoubtedly a great performer, as his development and skill throughout his formative series Arrow has proven.

However, he's had a little more trouble with the big screen, as seen most notably in his lacklustre performance as Casey Jones in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows. Still, he deserves another shot at playing a beloved character.

What Amell brings to the table, first and foremost, is a great physical ability. He's able to make himself out to be a solid fighter on screen - and even in real life, as seen in his crossovers into professional wrestling - and that's essential for the part. However, further from this, he's also got a great sense of charisma and fun about him.

While he may be a little more stoic and less over-the-top than the other actors on this list, there's a great feeling of likeability in Amell, as he effortlessly feels like the centre of attention whenever he appears; thanks to his relaxed energy and confidence.

Busting out something a little more lavish would be a great way to show what he's capable of, and could jumpstart a whole new direction for his career.
