9. Up - Scorpion Vs. Sub-Zero
Scorpion and Sub-Zero have been one of the biggest playground "who would win in a fight?" debates of all time. But unlike characters such as Superman and Goku, fans have actually been able to contribute to their battles thanks to the MK games.
Whenever a new MK property comes out, you can almost always expect a showdown between these two to be a significant part of the marketing, and that's certainly the case here as well. This duo's epic rivalry is something that's never had decent exploration on screen, therefore it's an easy up to see the pair duking it out so aggressively and violently in this trailer.
The ad reveals that we will be getting an intense battle between Hanzo Hasashi and the Bi-Han incarnation of Sub-Zero, and fans all over are thus fully aware that this will a violent grudge match.
There were some great spots between them, such as the epic sequence where Sub-Zero uses a slice of Scorpion's blood as a blade, and then the classic "get over here" moment from Hasashi in return. It's safe to say that this will be a showdown for the record books.
