NEW YORK, I LOVE YOU Promo trailer

Anthology film about the Big Apple, which is playing at the Toronto Film Festival.

I didn't care too much for Paris Je'Taime, the love letter to Paris made up of several 5 minute segments written/directed and acted by an ever changing but impressive set of talent. I got bored with the premise very early, each story was flat - you knew it never really had anyway to go because of how short it was going to be. I've never been a fan of short stories anthology films, I much prefer something like Cedrick Klapsich's Paris, where it inter-cuts between several lengthy narratives, I guess you could say Quentin Tarantino mastered that in Pulp Fiction.

So comes New York, I Love You - exactly the same idea as last time but with a new set of talent that includes directors Brett Ratner, Mira Nair, Allen Hughes, Fatih Akin and the directorial debuts of hotties Natalie Portman and Scarlett Johansson.

The acting talent includes...

Shia LaBeouf, Natalie Portman, Julie Christie, Orlando Bloom, Hayden Christensen, Anton Yelchin, Christina Ricci, Kevin Bacon and many, many, many more.

The film will play at the upcoming Toronto Film Festival before opening on Valentine's Day Weekend next year.
