What If T'Challa Was Star-Lord?

Another confirmed What If scenario, Guardians of the Galaxy seems to have one of the wildest What Ifs? yet! Concept art seems to reveal that we will see a alternate timeline where Peter Quill does not become Star-Lord, but instead it is T'Challa who takes up the mantle. Very little has been revealed so far, leaving fans to speculate what this episode could be like.

For a start does this mean T'Challa is a descendant of Ego in this timeline? Or did Yondu somehow accidentally pick up the wrong kid when he visited Earth? Or does it have nothing to do with Yondu and Ego and T'Challa has used Wakanda technology to explore the stars rather than be the future ruler of Wakanda? There are just so many questions that fans can't wait to have answered.

It seems like it's going to be a really fun episode, but it'll be quite bittersweet too. With the unfortunate news of Chadwick Boseman passing away, it seems that this episode will be the last time we see Chadwick Boseman portray the character.
