Oscars 2019: 9 Ups & 8 Downs
5. Mike Myers & Dana Carvey's Wayne's World Reunion
Though Bohemian Rhapsody didn't have much business being in contention for many "serious" Oscars, its inclusion did lead to one of the most crowd-pleasing moments of the night, when Wayne's World duo Mike Myers and Dana Carvey showed up to introduce the film.
The pair took the stage, looking mighty sharp no less, as they recalled a few quick quips from the iconic 90s comedy to the crowd's delight, before paying tribute to Bohemian Rhapsody as both a song and a film.
Given that the iconic tune made the opening scene of Wayne's World an instantly unforgettable classic, picking the duo to fill this slot was an extremely inspired choice.
So, Wayne's World 3?
