14. Shia LaBeouf's Unfortunate Teleprompter Gaffe

In another cute moment that also went slightly off the rails, Shia LaBeouf took to the stage with his Peanut Butter Falcon co-star Zack Gottsagen to present the Best Live Action Short Film award.

Gottsagen, the first presenter in Oscar history with Down syndrome, received heart-warming support from the audience and his co-star as he read steadily from the teleprompter, only for LaBeouf to blow it at the last minute by misreading the winner's name.

The Oscar actually went to The Neighbors' Window, but an evidently flustered LaBeouf accidentally called it "The Neighbors' Widow."

A small mistake, perhaps, but given that it completely changes the perception of the film's title and therefore the film itself, also hilarious and unfortunate.
