5. Stay Puft Marshmallow Man (Ghostbusters)
In the final moments of Ghostbusters Dr Ray Stantz (Dan Aykroyd) unwittingly gives life to a gigantic destructor that will destroy them and humanity. When quizzed by his fellow ghost hunters he innocently replies: "I tried to think of the most harmless thing. Something I loved from my childhood. Something that could never, ever possibly destroy us. Mr. Stay Puft." Nice one Ray! The Stay Puft Marshmallow Man is as ridiculous as he is dangerous crushing everything in sight as he clumsily plods his way through New York City in search of the Ghostbusters. With a smile as big as a house he looks cuddly enough but this quickly changes when he enters battle mode and tries to smite our favourite heroes. We're not sure exactly how big Stay Puft is (100 feet according to the movie novelization) but it's safe to say he's pretty damn massive. That being said we're confident he's not as big as a Jaeger which would make their confrontation pretty easy to handle. You see despite being a Class 7 physical manifestation of a Sumerian demonic deity he's still made up of tons and tons of marshmallow meaning Charlie Hunnam's Raleigh Becket could simply use his gigantic humanoid mecha to roast Stay Puft like a giant marshmallow on a camp fire.
