Of all the MCU superheroes to get their own solo movie, Doctor Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) is the one most overdue a sequel - unless you include The Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), but that's never happening - given that his standalone film released over 18 months ago and made an impressive $677.7 million worldwide.

Benedict Cumberbatch bolstered his Marvel cred with an entertaining performance in Avengers: Infinity War, and while it's possible Kevin Feige may not wish to pull the trigger on confirming Doctor Strange 2 until Avengers 4 is done with, the fact that we already know about Spider-Man: Homecoming 2 kinda deflates the illusion of Thanos' (Josh Brolin) snap having any lasting impact.

Marvel Studios would be daft to sleep on a Doctor Strange sequel for much longer, though. Given the solid box office boost that most MCU sequels enjoy, this one could end up cracking $800+ million.
