Predicting How 2019's Biggest Movies Will End

1. Sarah Connor Dies...Again - Terminator 6

James Cameron has made no secret of the fact that he's producing the new Terminator movie as the intended beginning of a new trilogy, and will likely feature a torch-passing moment for returning heroine Sarah Connor (Linda Hamilton).

Connor was of course killed off-screen in the newly-disregarded Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, but Terminator 6 will rustle up an alternate history for Connor since the events of T2, where she's still very much a hardened warrior fighting for the future.

It's not exactly easy to believe that Hamilton will be sticking around for two more movies, especially with Mackenzie Davis and Natalia Reyes' female protagonists at the forefront, so she'll probably end up dying to ensure their survival one way or another.

She'll get to share a few neat nostalgia-bait scenes opposite Arnie - who will play both the T-800 and the human basis for it - but she's most likely going down in act three. Cameron himself said the aim of the movie is to "pass the baton", and what better way than to usher in a new generation of tough female leads?

It's probably unlikely Cameron has the balls to conclusively write Arnie out also given his iconic stature and how Terminator Salvation struggled at the box office without him, but at least ending Sarah's arc could bring some added meaning to a movie most fans are still pretty skeptical about.
