Tony Stark's final stand-alone movie, focusing not only on his attempt to cover for Hulk for the Las Vegas incident, but also to deal with the emerging threat of MODOK, who identifies the Red Hulk as the key to his own attempts to take over the universe. Stark discovers that MODOK has hired Deadpool to take out the real Hulk, and is forced to prevent the Red Hulk from destroying New York, which destorys Hulk's public image, and convinces Iron Man that all superpowers should be registered. More Robert Downey Junior as Iron Man and Tony Stark is a good idea, especially with the way Phase 4 SHOULD be headed, and the change in his role that would spell the end of the stand-alone Iron Man movies. The Cameo: Nick Fury, arguing that any registration initiative would be a terrible idea.
