3. Nova

If it genuinely happens, Nova's release would be the culmination of years and years of fan speculation (and just as much desire), but there's actually a good chance it could.

Predictions

The destruction of Xandar will probably be the starting point, with a flashback to Thanos' terrible conquest for the Power Stone showing the decimation of the Nova Corps and the original Nova being the only survivor. The stand-alone movie would then presumably follow his comics origin establishing his need to pass on the spirit of the Nova Corps by finding someone to take it on and become the new Nova.

Wouldn't it be wonderful if Nova was (even briefly) joined by the Guardians off-shoot team of Ravagers led by Sylvester Stallone who appeared in the post-credits scene of Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol 2? Or even a spun-off main character from that series?

Evidence?

It's circumstantial, but the fact that Nova's backstory has been established already by Infinity War (though it wasn't seen on screen) suggests that we might be headed towards his own movie. And he's been talked up enough by lots of people linked to the MCU - and there's no smoke without fire.
