Raiders Of The Lost Ark Cast: Where Are They Now?
5. Denholm Elliott
His Role in the Film: Marcus Brody, the museum curator and colleague of Indiana Jones who hooked the U.S. agents up with Indy to discuss the Nazi search for the Ark.
Since 1981: Elliott remained as active as ever in the years that followed Raiders, with roles in NBC's 1982 miniseries Marco Polo alongside such actors as Leonard Nimoy and Ian McShane, the Masterpiece Theatre entry Bleak House with Diana Rigg, and a whole host of other miniseries, TV episodes, and movies. In 1989, he also reprised Brody for Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade, where his role was far larger than it was in Raiders.
Sadly, Elliott passed away in 1992 at the age of 70 as a result of complications with AIDS.
