Ranking 10 Most Exciting Upcoming Star Wars Performances

Film fans the world over shed more than a few tears late last year after the sad loss of Carrie Fisher, but thankfully she’d finished filming her scenes for The Last Jedi prior to her untimely death so we’ll see her reprise the iconic role of Princess (or rather, General) Leia Organa once more in what could be her final film appearance.

Contrary to rumours Fisher won’t be appearing in Episode IX through the power of digital resurrection which is a shame considering Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy has confirmed the final instalment of trilogy would’ve put Leia front and centre, but perhaps for the best considering the fuss kicked up last year with Rogue One’s CGI Peter Cushing.

But at least we’ll get to see Fisher in The Last Jedi. It’ll be bittersweet for sure, but also hopefully a befitting tribute to one of Hollywood’s greatest.
