Batman was on one of his missions, and The Man of Steel walked in, expecting his strength to keep The Bat in line. Superman then pressed on with his advantage by using his X-ray vision to take a peak in the cowl and threatened Bruce Wayne not to operate in his town. Bruce showed how prepared he was by taking out a slither of Kryptonite to repel the Last Son of Krypton and then disappearing.

Later that night, when Clark had already removed his suit and was about to get ready for bed, he discovered a small tracking device on his cape. When he used his super sight to see in the distance, he discovered Batman looking through his apartment with binoculars. Batman waves and then leaves.
