17. John Kassir - DC Super Friends (2010)
You might know John Kassir from his legendary voicework as the Crypt Keeper in HBO's classic horror anthology show Tales from the Crypt, so he's nothing if not an inspired choice to take on The Joker (we know he can do a mean laugh).
In this one-off performance, Kassir delivers an extremely crisp and clean Joker that leans on just about the right side of camp, though the Joker's look is fairly divisive among fans here, what with his over-the-top hook nose that's incredibly difficult not to be distracted by.
Seeing The Joker take over the Hall of Justice and run rings around Batman and Superman is a ton of fun, though, and Kassir totally nails the laugh.
