16. Allen Enlow - Batman: Dark Tomorrow (2003)

This Batman game for Xbox and GameCube received critical pannings for its lackluster gameplay, but small measures of praise for the cinematics, writing and voice acting.

Though it was still pretty rare to find genuinely great voice acting in early 2000s games, Allen Enlow did a mostly solid job as The Joker, occasionally stilted (though probably the result of poor voice direction) but largely finding a great balance between playful and demented.

The visuals have also aged surprisingly well, and while the facial expressiveness isn't up there with the brilliance of traditional animation (or, indeed, live-action), it's still pretty good for the most part.
