Ranking Batman's Entrances In All 13 Batman Movies From Worst To Best

10. Batman: The Movie

Batman and Robin The Dark Knight The Batman
20th Century Fox

Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson rush inside their mansion, to the Batcave, automatically dressed in their alter egos, then reach the Batmobile, driving fast to the action. As Batman drives, Robin calls the airport to ready the Batcopter for immediate take-off. Batman and Robin fly the chopper, as people greet them from the ground. They reach the stolen yacht reported, but as Batman tries to get near the yacht with a ladder, a shark attacks him. Robin gives the shark repellent bat spray to Batman, so the shark stops attacking, drops to the ocean, and explodes.

Since this is a superhero movie in the ‘60s it does not have the same cinematic experience as more modern blockbusters, but by standards back then all we really need to see is Bruce Wayne and Dick Grayson rushing to a fully realized Batcave to enter the Batmobile that revolutionized what every Batmobile should be from then on out, while the exciting Batman theme score plays in unison with the afterburner.

Sure, everything looks silly, but as long as there is an air that the Dynamic Duo are doing their crime-fighting seriously, we can respect them and get excited about their adventure. How did Batman convince an airport to house the Batcopter? Who cares, as long as when the Batmobile gets to the airport, the ‘60s audience are blown away that they are seeing a fully functioning Batcopter - a sight that no one had ever thought would see in live-action at that point.

Less we forget the obviously fake shark attacking Batman and the shark repellent bat spray needed to get away from it.
