25. Supergirl
There's a good reason the news of a Supergirl TV show was initially viewed with cautious suspicion by some fans not so long ago: the memories of this garbage spin-off from Christopher Reeve's main event were legitimately haunting, after all.
The film follows Supergirl as she heads to Earth to recover a super-powerful Kryptonian artefact used to power entire cities (I kid you not, it's almost literally called the OHMAGERD), which falls into the hands of a comical witch, who uses it to make herself powerful obviously.
It's not really the worst idea for a film, and there are little flashes of brilliance in there (as well as the wonderful Peter O'Toole and Peter Cook both being cast), but when the entire plot is overshadowed and plays second fiddle to Supergirl and Selena the witch both fancying the same school groundskeeper, something is VERY wrong.
