3. Captain America Vs. The Winter Soldier (Captain America: The Winter Soldier)

Cap annihilates a fleet of HYDRA guards with the help of Falcon, before The Winter Soldier shows up and does his one-man army deal.

Bucky promptly beats the crap out of Falcon before facing off against Cap on the Helicarrier, an extremely physical battle that sees the pair match one another step-for-step.

Cap eventually chokes Bucky out, but the fight continues, ending when Cap refuses to fight back against Bucky's onslaught and is knocked from the Helicarrier into the water.

Rating: It may not match the intensity of the earlier street fight, but it's still a corker, if spread out between the Pierce drama and Falon vs. Rumlow fights.

With Cap trying to do anything he can to avoid the fight, it's one of the most psychologically loaded MCU battles. And of course, the Russo brothers direct the hell out of it. 8/10
