10. Spontaneous Combustion
Child's Play star Brad Dourif is perfectly cast as a twisted fire starter in 1990's Spontaneous Combustion, but that's one of the few things the movie gets right.
Dourif's protagonist Sam is the son of a couple who were subjected to atomic bomb experiments, twisted science that imbued him with pyrokinesis and the ability to manipulate electricity, albeit with dire consequences for his body.
It was as ham-fisted and utterly preposterous as it sounds, but not without B-movie charm, vintage practical effects and Dourif at his maniacal best.
Spontaneous Combustion ultimately went down in flames, although, when viewed in retrospect, there's entertainment to be found among its ashes.
