Ranking January 2016's Movies From Worst To Best

5. Ip Man 3

RottenTomatoes Score: 82% (6.4/10) Box Office: Against a $36 million budget, the widely-anticipated martial arts sequel has made $28.3 million to date, though considering that it's not released in China until next month, the major financial haul is still to come. Verdict: Another consistently entertaining entry into the enjoyable martial arts franchise, Donnie Yen continues to prove superb in the title role, while there's plenty of added value as Mike Tyson plays the hammy villain, and there's even a young Bruce Lee showing up for good measure. Nobody needed a third Ip Man film and the plot is probably the creakiest this time, but it's still damn fun all the same. Tyson's casting is cannier and more effective than you could reasonably expect.
