Ranking July 2016's Movies - From Worst To Best

18. Mike & Dave Need Wedding Dates

Ghostbusters Jason Bourne Ice Age
Fox

RottenTomatoes Score: 39% (4.9/10)

Box Office: A modest success at best, Mike and Dave has yet to double its $33 million budget, though an upcoming international rollout should nudge it over the line, and it's absolutely the sort of movie that will find bigger success on home video markets. It wasn't a big risk, so nobody'll lose sleep over this one merely performing adequately.

Verdict: In short, if you're a big fan of Zac Efron, Adam DeVine, Aubrey Plaza or Anna Kendrick, this one should be an easy sell, and should be entertaining enough to you. If not? Well, it's best not to bother.

It's agreeably crass yet also oddly sweet and occasionally mature enough that it has more going for it than a lot of similar comedy flicks. Not something you need to see on the big screen, but not bad either.
