Ranking June 2016's Movies - From Worst To Best

3. Finding Dory

Pixar

RottenTomatoes Score: 94% (7.7/10)

Box Office: Pixar's latest has enjoyed the third-highest worldwide opening for an animated film in history, and has almost clawed back double its $200 million budget already. It's safe to say that it'll effortlessly join Captain America: Civil War and Zootopia as part of the year's billion-dollar club before too long.

Verdict: It may not be up there with either Pixar's best sequels or indeed their best films, but Finding Dory is a thoroughly entertaining follow-up all the same, one that will effortlessly please fans of the original with its tremendous heart, gorgeous animation and wit.

It lacks the same human touch that made grown men sob at the Toy Story movies, but it's still sweet and affecting, and an easy slam dunk for all but the most stone-hearted viewers.
