Ranking October 2016's Movies - From Worst To Best
4. Lo & Behold, Reveries Of The Connected World
RottenTomatoes Score: 93% (7.4/10)
Box Office: Given that it's almost entirely conversations in people's homes or corporate offices, Werner Herzog's latest doc will have an extremely low price tag, and his name alone has so far proven enough to gross over $600,000 worldwide. VOD sales and beyond will probably make it profitable.
Verdict: Herzog's doc about how the Internet has changed the world offers up his usual philosophical approach to a fascinating subject, and while it may not say a whole lot new to more tech-savvy audiences, it's still thoroughly compelling for what is mostly just a film full of talking heads.
Not among Herzog's better work by any stretch, but absolutely solid all the same.
