Ranking October 2016's Movies - From Worst To Best
11. Storks
RottenTomatoes Score: 64% (6.0/10)
Box Office: The $70 million animation opened well below expectations but has still doubled its budget to date, so while not a big success, is far away from being an outright failure.
Verdict: Neither bad nor particularly good, Storks is an acceptable family animation that paints in familiar strokes, but at least touts excellent animation and a tone that manages to be sweet without getting too saccharine.
Voice work is fairly down-the-line and doesn't do much of particular interest, but younger kids will still enjoy the visual vibrancy and sheer personality of the piece. Not as generic as the marketing suggested, but not hugely memorable either.
