Box Office: Made for just $1.5 million, Rob Zombie's latest has nevertheless grossed only $40,000 so far, and will be looking to recoup most of its costs on VOD. Fingers crossed.

Verdict: Zombie's latest movie delivers pretty much everything you expect from one of his: loud music, gratuitous violence, grimy visuals, mad dialogue and, of course, the rather perfunctory presence of his wife Sheri Moon.

An incredibly hit-and-miss effort that touts a solid premise and a memorable villainous performance from Richard Brake (pictured), 31 nevertheless suffers from atrocious dialogue, an excess of shaky cam and a surprising lack of inventive gore.

Though the movie only has a small sample of reviews on Rotten Tomatoes, it's honestly pretty surprising it actually has a "fresh" rating (albeit scarcely so).
