Box Office: The $7.5 million sports drama has made just over $130,000 from its limited UK release, and is presumably hoping to make most of its money back from VOD sales.

Verdict: Shia LeBeouf and Sverrir Gudnason give electrifying performances as the titular tennis players in this slight if entertaining depiction of their iconic match, such that you needn't even have an interest in the sport to find plenty to enjoy here.

LaBeouf's performance as John McEnroe has received the lion's share of the movie's press, and with good reason, again proving him to be one of the most interesting young actors working today.

It's absolutely not something you need to rush out to catch at the cinema, but certainly a worthwhile, admirably stripped-down drama.
