3. He Eventually Became An Avenger
Steve Rogers was another superhero who looked keenly upon Shang-Chi, which meant that he was eventually allowed to join the ranks of the Avengers.
This could be one of the biggest possibilities for Marvel's upcoming phase. Will there even be an Avengers after Endgame and if so, what will it look like? Also, if Shang-Chi was indeed raised to be an all-star fighter, where has he been all this time?
One suggestion, as in keeping with the comic story-line, is that he has been away in hiding, under the tuition of Fu Manchu. If the writers do decide to bring back the outdated villain in a more sensible format, it could be possible that Fu Manchu has kept a Hydra-style low profile in waiting for planet Earth to be at its weakest point, before performing his villainous ways.
Cue Shang-Chi and his iconic transition from villain to hero, and a regular spot on Earth's Mightiest Heroes would likely follow.
