Shang-Chi: Every Main Character Ranked From Worst To Best

11. Razor Fist

Shang Chi
Marvel Studios

Razor Fist (Florian Munteanu) is the leader of the mercenaries sent to attack Shang-Chi on the bus at the start of the movie, in order to capture the green pendent around his neck for Shang-Chi's father Wenwu (Tony Leung).

Munteanu, who previously wowed as Ivan Drago's son in Creed II, is an undeniable physical specimen and absolutely looks the part, though Razor Fist rarely rises above being a one-dimensional brutish sub-boss.

His sheer relentlessness and presence-of-mind to improvise himself a new bladed attachment when necessary are certainly intriguing, but never enough for him to feel like a truly big deal.

He's elevated slightly by his showing later in the movie, though, when he reluctantly agrees to team up with Ta Lo's residents in order to help repel the Dweller-in-Darkness and its grotesque minions.

Considering Razor Fist is a fairly prominent villain in the comics, though, this feels like a bit of a waste, even if he's sensibly kept alive for potential future installments.
