According to a logline which has been doing the rounds for She-Hulk for several months now, fans can expect Jennifer Walters' origin story to play out almost identically on Disney+ to her comic book counterpart's. As expected, she will be a lawyer, and someone who gains her abilities after receiving a blood transfusion from her cousin, Bruce Banner.
Now, you might be wondering why the Jade Giant would willingly transplant his Gamma irradiated blood into a young woman like Jennifer, but he has no choice after she's gunned down by men looking to get revenge on her father (a sheriff in the source material).
That leaves Bruce - Smart Hulk in the Marvel Cinematic Universe these days - forced to act if he hopes to save her life, and the signs are all pointing to the TV show following this same path. That was to be expected, but the same logline explicitly states that she is a future member of the Avengers, so chances are there are big plans for She-Hulk moving forward.
