She-Hulk: 10 Things You Need To Know About The Disney+ TV Series
4. Mark Ruffalo Will Return As The Hulk
In She-Hulk, the focus should very much be put on Tatiana Maslany's Jennifer Walters, but the series won't worth without Mark Ruffalo's Green Goliath. While he'll only really be needed for an early appearance to facilitate that origin story, fans were overjoyed to learn that the actor is indeed for talks to bring Bruce Banner/The Hulk to Disney+.
That news came courtesy of The Illuminerdi, though Ruffalo himself has said he's been in "preliminary talks" to join the cast of She-Hulk.
Ruffalo would later reveal that, "There's some talk of having Banner/Hulk show up in [the Disney Plus series] She-Hulk. If we come up with something good, that would be really interesting. Right now that's about it. That's all there is on the table." That last point was him confirming that a solo movie for The Hulk isn't going to happen, so this show does seem like the logical next step for his character.
Of course, it's hard not to wonder whether, after the injuries he sustained in Avengers: Endgame, The Hulk's time in the MCU is nearing its end...
