She-Hulk: Attorney At Law - 11 Questions We're Left With After Season 1's Finale
The MCU's strangest finale left plenty of things unresolved.
Nine episodes, countless cameos, and one batsh*t crazy finale later, the first season of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law has come and gone. To say it has surpassed all expectations would be a massive understatement, as this was potentially the best Marvel has put on Disney+ so far.
The episodes didn’t follow the formula set out by most of the previous Disney+ series, whereby one sole narrative was followed. This was far more episodic, and certainly backed up its claim to be a legal comedy more so than anything else.
The series brought a lot to the table over the course of its first nine episodes, including both new and returning characters, as well as potentially big changes to the MCU on the widest possible scale. Along with this, it also left fans with a lot of questions.
That is what a good series or movie will do. If there aren’t any questions left to ponder when all is said and done, then there can’t be much intrigue, something that is key to maintaining a successful franchise. She-Hulk has plenty of this and then some, with several burning questions that need answering sooner rather than later.
11. Will There Be A Season Two?
Let’s start with what will naturally be the first question on anyone’s mind as soon as any season one finishes. There is a hell of a lot on the MCU’s Disney+ slate moving through Phases Five, Six, and beyond, but will there be room for a second season of She-Hulk: Attorney at Law?
Such a question has so far had varying results for the previous seven series on the platform. Loki and What If…? are the only two with confirmed second seasons, and a third in the case of the latter, while WandaVision, The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, and Ms. Marvel have instead led into the Multiverse of Madness, both Captain America: New World Order and Thunderbolts, and The Marvels, respectively.
As of right now, She-Hulk sits in that area of uncertainty along with Hawkeye and Moon Knight. There certainly would be interest enough for a second season, and the next step in the series was referenced several times throughout the finale, but until that confirmation from Marvel Studios, nothing can be taken as a given.
It’s entirely possible that Jennifer’s MCU future lies instead on the big screen, but more on that possibility later in this list.
