Sin City: A Dame To Kill For - Ranking The Returning Characters

8. Manute

Unlike the relatively mysterious recasting of Bob, the need for someone new to step into the hulking Manute's shoes was inevitable after the passing of actor Michael Clarke Duncan in late 2012. Though his presence is undeniably a hard one to match, Pedro Cerrano himself, Dennis Haysbert, has stepped up to the plate and already feels like a natural, solid replacement for Duncan. Though Manute died during the events of "The Big Fat Kill" in the original film, he'll be alive, well and -- for a little while, at least -- the proud owner of two eyes at the start of "A Dame to Kill For". With a bit more to do this time around as a light is shed on his pre-"Kill" history in Basin City and his hatred of the ladies of Old Town, we're certain Haysbert will easily manage to make the role his own and turn each moment he's coming into conflict with our heroes into some of the film's coolest.
