2. Bond's Humour
In
Quantum of Solace, Bond was heartbroken and out for revenge against the people that made his love Vesper Lynd (Eva Green) become a traitor and then commit suicide. He had no time to crack one liners as he took out henchmen. Now that Bond has made peace with Vesper, it's time to give Bond a lighter touch this time around, a sense of humour which Daniel Craig proved he could handle in
Casino Royale, while at the same time not being too cheeky. It'd be nice for Bond's humour to be a little dark, harkening back to the Connery days of "Make sure he doesn't get away" and "She's just dead." As long as the one liners don't veer in to "I thought Christmas only came once a year" territory, things should be fine.
