5. When He Found Lily And Broke Down

This will give you all the feels. This scene in particular will never be an easy read or watch. Years worth of love and emotion are crushed at the sight of Lily who has passed away, but at least he got to hold her, one last time. This was the first time we got to truly see the love that Snape possessed for Lily and Rickman executed it perfectly. It's really difficult to watch this scene and not sob uncontrollably and that's mainly down to Rickman's acting talents. Although the scene is technically focused on Snape and his discovery of the Potter family, you almost bypass James' body and baby Harry in the background because you're so focused on what Rickman is doing.
